Desiree Devine and other BBW Porn Stars are suing an adult entertainment company for not allowing them to have a booth at an adult entertainment convention because of their size.
Adultcon, the famous adult entertainment show held twice a year at the Los Angeles Convention Center, has been sued by a quartet of BBW adult performers. They allege they signed on as exhibitors and were bounced from the show after the operator viewed their photos.
The suit filed at the Los Angeles Superior Court involves four BBW porn actresses who claim they were unable to market their personas at the show.
The suit alleges that Adultcon intentionally discriminated against the four women because of their “weight, obesity and physical appearance.” An Adultcon spokesperson stated that the women were offered booths after they were threatened with a lawsuit, but the offer was declined.
Why would they take the booth after they rejected them?

“The Mo’Nique Show” will end its eight-month run this week because the host was denied a new contract from distributor, Syndication One.     Â
      “Her contract was not renewed,” the source told Redding News Review.     Â
      As previously reported, Syndication One released a statement saying Mo’Nique was choosing not to continue with the program because she wanted to focus more on her career in television, film and comedy.      Â

“I would like to thank my fabulous board of directors for their daily inspiration and feedback and Radio One for the opportunity to further my entertainment brand through radio,” she was quoted as saying in the news release.      Â
However, the story of her denied contract appears to be more in line with what really happened, according to Redding. The source says Mo’Nique spoke about the situation on Friday. She told listeners that the choice of her leaving was beyond her control and that listeners had not heard the last of her on the radio.       Â
