Oprah Winfrey has agreed to manage the singing career of Filipino sensation Charice Pempengco in the US.

According to Nixon Sy, head of the Star Records, Oprah will manage the career of the 16-year-old singer while she is in the US. Charice though will remain under her local management in the Philippines, he added.

The TV-host-mogul also vowed to allot a one full-show for Charice to be further recognized worldwide, said Sy.

Charice had performed in The Oprah Winfrey Show twice. Her recent visit in the show was last week where she appeared in the episode dubbed “Dream Comes True.” Half of the show was allotted to Charice’s personal life. (Source)
